Ayton Landrovers is a family run company, established in 2002. We initially started out as a specialist land rover breaker, stripping vehicles of component parts and selling these over the internet to a worldwide customer base. As the company grew we diversified into other areas that we felt would complement our initial structure, but keeping within the land rover theme.

In 2004 we invested in equipping part of our building into a fully functioning workshop so we could fit the parts we sold. This led to purchasing the very best in land rover vehicle diagnostics, Autologic. With this equipment at our disposal, the restrictions in diagnosing and programming land rover modules that other garages face, was lifted enabling us to offer a full repair service. Also, the training programs they offered enabled us to stay up to date with the latest land rover systems.

In 2006 we set up the new parts side of the business. By using a dedicated land rover parts supplier we were able to supply both genuine and pattern parts to trade and public users. By 2008 we had outgrown our site at Ayton and decided to move to our current premises in Staxton, Scarborough.

In 2009 we closed the used parts and breaking side of the business, this was due to environmental pressures and the fact that our time was being used more effectively on repairing vehicles.
